Multiagent Systems Textbook
I am teaching Multiagent Systems this semester and thus updating the textbook as my students find bugs in it. The latest "live" version is below, or you can just download the pdf. I also hope to update the netlogo models to Netlogo 4.1.

Hi, Im currently pursuing a MS in Computer Science and I have to do some animats implementation, do you recomend NetLogo for this purpose?
Also, I downloaded your book,and I really appreciate that you put this kind of material in the web.

Yes. I find NetLogo is generally the best tool for fast development of agent-based simulations. Of course, these decisions always depend on your specific needs.
